Go to 2006 and 2007 links to view a chronology of Folk Victoria monthly concerts held at the Emerald Lounge on the first Friday of the month.

English fiddle player and singer Nancy Kerr and her Australian partner James Fagan (bouzouki, voice) played a scintillating mix of traditional and contemporary acoustic music drawn mostly from the English and Australian traditions for our Brunswick Music Festival concert in 2007.
TO OPEN THE SHOW a small collective from the esteemed Melbourne Scottish Fiddle Club will perform with Judy Turner & Neil Adam. This group performed at the December Folk Victoria night to great acclaim - nobody wanted them to finish!

FÆRD – expedition, life’s work, a journey!

October 10 2006 saw the Emerald Room filled with the beautiful and joyous music of Færd in a special concert. Lively, exquisitely played, skillful, michievous, familiar and strange. May they continue to travel the world and may they return soon.
